
Indian airlines have stepped up operations to and from the West Asian region amid the ongoing Israel-US-Iran conflict, which has also pushed Gulf countries to the brink. IndiGo and Air India on Sunday released their flight schedules for the region detailing which sectors they will operate on Monday, March 20.
The flights would connect Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Jeddah among other West Asian hubs.
Air India flight schedule
Air India and Air India Express will jointly operate 20 scheduled and non-scheduled flights to and from the West Asia region from Monday, March 30, 2026, Air India Group said in a statement released on Sunday.
This includes 10 additional non-scheduled flights to and from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), subject to slot availability and prevailing conditions at departure points, an Air India press release said.

According to the flight schedule, additional flights would connect Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah airports with Delhi, Mumbai, Kozhikode and Kannur.
These services are being operated with necessary approvals from both Indian authorities and local regulatory authorities in the UAE, the Tata Group-owned airline said.
IndiGo flight schedule
According to the schedule published by IndiGo on X, the budget carrier will operate services between Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah – among other cities in the Persian Gulf.
In its X post, IndiGo urged customers to keep track of their flight status and be informed of any changes.
“At IndiGo, we are committed to supporting our customers every step of the way. The flights below are scheduled for tomorrow. We advise all customers to check their flight status before leaving for the airport to be aware of any changes.”

Conflict between Israel, USA and Iran
The development comes amid the ongoing Israel-US-Iran conflict, which entered its second month on Saturday, March 28.
Iran launched a wave of retaliatory strikes after Israel and the US jointly attacked the Islamic Republic on Saturday, February 28. Explosions were reported across Abu Dhabi, Dubai – among other West Asian hubs – which are also home to US military bases.
