“The Air India (AI 473) took the flight, which took off from Calcutta Airport and was scheduled to land at Bhubaneswar at 13:00,” he added.
After a five -day tour to Delhi, Mohan Charan Maran Maran was scheduled to land at Bhubaneswar around 9:45 in the morning. Due to bad weather, however, the plane could not make the planned landing in the capital of Odisha and had to decide in time successful landing at the International Airport in Calcutta Netjaji Subhash Chandra Bose.
“The flight could not land here at the airport and was diverted into Calcutta due to bad weather,” PTI quoted Odisha KC Mohapatra.
