All organizations of the India Democratic Student (AIDSO) took advantage of the exemption of the government’s decision to extend the holidays for schools and universities to facilitate the ongoing social and educational survey conducted by the Commission for Permanent Reverse Class.
In a press release issued here, the District Secretary of Aidso Shashikala Meti requested a strong exception to the government’s decision to extend the holidays for government and supported schools and universities.
“A short step is undemocratic and becomes an obstacle to ensuring quality education in government and helping schools.
Teachers of government and supported schools already carry the burden of treatment of undamination and the ongoing survey further increased their burden, she said.
Extension of the holidays will mean that teachers will have to complete the teaching of the curriculum in an affordable period that leads to further pressure. The decision also disrupts the academic discipline of students of government and supported schools, she said.
It is also concerned that the holidays were extended without discussion, which led to fear of influencing the percentage of graduation schools, the release said.
The ideal decision will be to cancel the decision to extend the holidays and AIDSO will call on the state government to take alternative measures to complete the survey, he added.
