Rajiv Tandon, CEO of BITS Pilani Digital, said on Sunday that thousands of new jobs will come, such as AI explainers, AI maintainers who observe how AI works and AI designers. AI will transform jobs, not relocate them. Repetitive tasks that are part of old jobs are automated.
Speaking at the Hindu Education Fair on “The Future of Work and Learning in the Age of Artificial Intelligence”, he said that when you add AI contextually to your jobs, your performance level will increase. This is called co-intelligence. However, your basic domain knowledge will not disappear.
