India AI Impact Summit 2026: The Ministry of Electronics and IT in an official press release on February 17 shared the timings, general guidance, shuttle service and parking availability for delegates attending the AI Impact Summit on Day 2 in Delhi.

The following times will apply to the summit locations on February 17, 2026.
The delegates “strongly” recommended using public transport
For delegates attending the session at the Bharat Mandapam Convention Centre, the ministry noted: “Registered delegates are strongly advised to use public transport, metro services or taxis to reach the venue due to limited parking availability”.
Bharat Mandapam parking lot for private vehicles
A limited number of parking spaces will be available at the following parking lots
- Purana Qila car park – 1.6 km
- ZOO parking lot – 3 km
- JLN Stadium Parking 4.8 km
Bharat Mandapam shuttle service is available
Shuttle buses will run from these locations (parking lots) to Bharat Mandapam Gate No. 04. “The delegates are advised to use the designated golf carts provided at the Bharat Mandapam complex to reach the respective venues,” he added.
