And you know, every time we came, we wanted to win and start the season on a high. We’re very happy, the whole group is very happy that we finally did it. (Chasing big goals) Yes, I feel modern cricket, plus at the same time we knew what kind of game this kind of wicket plays. as a bowling group, big credit to the bowler, they really they pulled back, didn’t let them fly with 250, 240 because I feel in T20 cricket they are difficult to chase but 220 is always achievable when you have a good start,” Pandya said after the match.“(On Shardul Thakur) I told him this season, I said, ‘enough jumping franchises. I want you to be here for the rest of your career.’ It’s a character. He has a big heart. The way he comes out and always tries to outwit the batsmen is just brilliant and really happy for him,” he said.Mumbai Indians, the five-time champions, will next face Delhi Capitals on April 4 in Delhi.
