The day after Assam Mla was arrested for the interconnection of the terrorist attack of Pahalgam to the top of the leadership of Bharatiya Janat, eight people in the two northeast countries were booked on Friday for attacking social media on an incident left by 26 people.
Seven arrested in Assam were MD Jabir Hussain of Hailakandi, MD ak Bahauddin and MD Javed Mazumder of Silchar, MD Mujirul Islam of Biswanath of Morigan, MD reached Ali.
Hussain is a journalist, Bahauddin, a student of computer science at Silchar Assam University, Mazumder is a lawyer and Bania is a district secretary of Biswanath SATRA district Mukti Parisgrad, a student body.
The Chief Minister of Hisant Bisw Sarma said they were arrested for “promoting the cause of Pakistan” on social media. He said that further arrests are taking place in the continuing intervention.
“Assam will not tolerate any individual who directly or indirectly supports or prevents Pakistan in connection with the abominable attack in Pahalgam,” he said at X.
“A terrorist is a terrorist, no matter what he says, but when his faith becomes his weapon and hatred becomes his way when he believes his religion tells him who to fight, turns his cruelty into a matter – and calls it faith and correctly.”
Meghalaya also arrested 30 -year -old Simon Shylly, a resident of Shillong’s Umlyngk, for a similar accusation. Vivek Syiem, the police superintendent East Khasi Hills District, said he was taken into custody in a video broadcast by a news channel.
Shylla reportedly supported terrorists and said that such attacks should be carried out in the northeast.
On Thursday, the Police in the Nagon Central Central district burned all the Indian united democratic front of MLA AMINUL Islam for the interconnection of the terrorist attack of Pahalgam and the Pulwam Incident with Prime Minister Narendra Modim and Interior Minister Amit Shah.
The protest of the black ribbon
Members of the United Meitei-Pangal Committee, the organization of Muslim manipuri, wore black ribbons during Friday’s prayer to protest against the 22nd April 22. She condemned the incident, the organization urged the government to take decisive measures against the perpetrators.
“Terrorism has no place in civilized society. Such violence weakens only the structure of our diverse nation and attempts to derail peace and social harmony,” the organization said. He added that the black ribbon was “a symbol of our collective grief, unity and a solid position against terror and violence in any form”.
