
Afghan Foreign Minister Taliban Amir Khan Muttaqi is ready to visit India from 9 to 16 October, Mea announced on Friday. The UN Security Council approved temporary liberation from international travel restrictions for Muttaqi, allowing him to stay in the new Delhi from 9 to 16 October.

Previously, the planned visit to India from Muttaqi was recalled last month after he could not get an exception to the journey.
Indian ties with Afghanistan
India has so far supported Afghanistan humanitarian aid. In September, India sent 21 tons of relief materials, including blankets, tents, hygiene trains, water storage tanks, including after a deadly earthquake, rattling Afghanistan.
