SaBarimala’s special commissioner submitted a report in front of the Keral High Court, Mr. Ajith Kumar, ADGP, allegedly violates the HC order by traveling on Saturday on Saturday in the police tractor Kerala from memory.
The tractor continued in Sannidhanam with luggage for police staff. On the way Mr. Ajith Kumar and his personal security officer (PSO) reportedly joined the tractor and traveled to a point near Sannidhanam. On Sunday ADGP and his PSO joined the same tractor and traveled back. The report also states that the Devaswom Bench of the High Court explicitly banned the transport of pilgrims, Devaswom officials, police staff and others in tractors intended for transporting goods to Sannidhanam in order of 2021.
In the same year, the bench registered a SUO MOT based on intelligence reports and clippings on video on social media, which showed that pilgrims are transported in tractors for the transport of goods.
