Police CEO Ajith Kumar turned to the High Court in Kerala and called on a special court who rejected the vigilance and anti -corruption office (VACB) a preliminary report on the investigation that liberated him from any unlawful conduct in a disproportionate assets.
He was charged with an illegal assembly of wealth, unlawful felling of valuable wood of government property and profiting from smuggling gold and Hawal Interdictions.
In his action before the High Court, Mr. Ajith Kumar said he was deeply damaged against him “false and unfounded private complaints” and “current procedure accepted by a special court”. This is a clear violation of the Supreme Court’s various decisions, he said.
