Actress Lavanya Tripathi on Tuesday filed a complaint with the cyber crime branch of the Hyderabad police over harassment and defamatory posts directed at her on social media.
In her complaint, the actress said that some Instagram accounts were posting offensive comments and inappropriate content directed at her and her family members. She claimed that these accounts were sharing posts with the intention of damaging her reputation and personal life.
