The actor G. Krishnakumar and his daughter Diy Krishn filed a preliminary deposit before the court of the main session of Thiruvananthapuram in connection with the alleged abduction case noted by the police.
The case was registered on the basis of former employees of DIYA jewelry in the city. The complainants also equalized serious accusations of coercion and blackmail. The court is scheduled to hear the action on the bail on Friday.
Meanwhile, the police, who also investigated the alleged abuse of funds from the trade, gathered key information against former employees, Vineeth, Wonder and Radh and husband Vineethy Adarsh.
As part of the probe, the investigative team examined banking extracts of January 2024. Preliminary findings reveal suspicious transactions involving several lacquers of rupees created in the AZ banking accounts of former employees, even if it remains to be confirmed whether it is a professional company.
Former employees were accused of diverting around 69 ₹ Lakh by replacing the QR codes in the store to interrupt customers’ payments to their personal bank accounts.
The official sources said that the accusations have been unattainable in the last two days, indicating the possibility that they could hide. In addition, the CCTV shots obtained from different places did not provide any evidence of forced imprisonment. Visuals suggest that employees have entered the vehicles voluntarily without visible signs of coercion.
