The Madurai bench of the Madras High Court ordered the Union and Tamil Nada’s announcement to the Government of the Union and Tamil, looking for a report on the petition of a public interest that sought to eliminate plastic pellets and other dangerous materials that were washing on the coast of Kanniyakumari along the coast of the Liber MSC ELSA 3.
JUSTICES SM SU SU SU SUBRAMANIAM and AD Maria Clete was looking for the authorities to the common petition filed with four officials liberation CPI (ML) – SM Anthony MUTHU, R. Justin Sundar, R. Suseel and C. Carmel Lourdhu Boi – from Kanniyakumari.

The containers are said to have calcium carbonate and plastic pellets. However, there has not been an official statement about the content.
The plastic pellets, which were washed on the shore along the Kanniyakumari coast, were a dangerous pollutant and their decay into nano-plastic would enter the food chain of the seabed. Plastic pellets were stored on the coast and pollute the environment. Containers caring in the sea were a threat to a fisherman who was advised not to be dissected to the sea. Given the alarming situation, the government of Keral declared the shipwrecking of the ship for the state disaster and provided relief to Fisherfolka, they said.
Plastic pellets and other dangerous materials should be removed from the sea at war, the petitioners said. They also sought the directions to publish the content of containers, declare the shipwreck and provide relief to the affected fishing.
