Srivastava took LinkedIn to share her experience with Uber riding in a gurigram with a driver – something she claimed to be “ordinary. But it wasn’t”.

Had no luxury to break up
The driver continued sharing that she was once a school teacher. After losing her husband to cardiac arrest and with the two children to raise, she learned how to drive, borrowed a friend’s car and started working with Uber.
Srivastava wrote that the driver is now dealing with coarse riders, 12 -hour shifts, dangerous nights and frequent abolition simply because “people don’t want drivers.”

Despite long hours, security concerns and gender bias, he continues to work hard – without complaints.
