
The Delhi High Court granted actors Bollywood Abhishek Bachchan against unauthorized websites abusing his personality rights for commercial profits.

The court also reduced various unauthorized agents, associated subdiaries, subsidiaries and distributors from Bachchan’s personal rights, moral rights and the transfer of their goods or services that are based on or approved. It also reduced anyone from the abuse of his name, pictures, form, presentation or attributes of his personality without his legal consent.
