AAQIB, who took over as Director of NCA two months after his Stint as a temporary coach of national teams, said he aims to make the Pakistani Academy as a scale for other cricket nations.“We should not look at other academies, but to develop their own system that other countries are looking for about leadership,” he said in a Pakistanian cricket board (PCB).AAQIB revealed that it has set a six -month timeline to implement the structured system in the NCA and its regional branches in Karachi, Multan and Faisalabad.“These academies should be operated on a system where we modify and produce quality players of all age groups for national teams and also provide players with the best rehabilitation facilities,” said the former cricket, which also serves as a national voter. He noted that while the NCA in Lahore is well equipped, he has been laughing at a truly effective and productive system for years.“We are also trying to restore biomechanical equipment and the laboratory back to the NCA after it was outsourced by the Council and donated only to the Academy in Karachi for a female cricket,” he added.
