What Makes the 25-Minute Speed Train Different?
This program uses targeted volume training, where you perform exercises for a set duration rather than counting reps. This approach allows you to focus on maintaining proper form while gradually increasing intensity. As you progress, the workouts become more challenging with longer active intervals, extended time under tension, and more compound movements.
This full-body approach prevents muscle imbalances and promotes consistent strength gains, offering a challenge that keeps you improving. After the initial 8 weeks, you can revisit the program to see how much stronger you’ve become by lifting heavier weights!
What Does the Program Include?
Joel has created an 8-week program featuring 48 unique workouts and 2 recorded sessions that rotate weekly. You’ll train 7 days a week: 5 strength sessions, 1 cardio and abs workout, and 1 mobility and flexibility session. Each 25-minute session focuses on upper body, lower body, abs, or full-body movements. Every muscle group is targeted at least twice a week, including smaller muscles often overlooked.
