
The state government announced the Institute of the Three -member Committee of Higher IAS officers to lead discussions with employees who threaten to resort to agitation.
The three -member official committee consisting of Naveen Mittal, DS Loking Kumar and D. Krishna Baskar, was asked to discuss the trade unions about the waiting problems of AO to implement social care measures.
The officers’ Committee was entrusted to regularly conduct discussions with employees and their representatives and prepare a comprehensive report on the scope and possibilities of granting their requirements.
The development follows the ultimatum, which served by the Joint Action Committee of TELANGANA employees, an umbrella body of more than 200 trade unions, to the State Government to deal with their 57-point chart of requirements that would threaten to threaten direct actions as of May 15.
Main Minister A. Revanth Reddy on his part tried to persuade employees of a close financial situation in the state and asked them to cooperate with the government in overcoming the crisis to get into the strike. He questioned the justification of a strike call that employees, and warned them that some political parties did not qualify a campaign against the government.
This was in this background, the government decided to consider a three -member panel that organizes negotiations with employees as proactive measures to avert the strike. It seems that the efforts have been paid by dividends and Tejac led by its chairman Maram Jagadishware and Secretary General Yeluri Srinivas Rao welcomed the government’s initiative to solve their waiting problems.
