During the Telangana Housing Board (THB) public auction of real estate on Monday (February 23, 2026), a bid of Rs 1.74 lakh per square yard was received in Gachibowli. The board generated revenue of ₹ 34.27 crore by selling properties in Gachibowli, Kukatpally, Bowrampet, Chintal, a flat in Nizampet and others, said vice-president Gautham, vice-chairman of THB.
Apart from the flat and open plot at Bachupally, the other open plots were in the Middle Income Group (MIG) and High Income Group (HIG) categories. The Real Estate Notice was issued on February 9, attended by 50 people.
The offset price for the 263 sq yard plot in Gachibowli was ₹ 50,000 and attracted a bid of ₹ 1.74 lakh. A 266-square-yard property in Kukatpally’s Balaji Nagar received an offer of ₹1.64 lakh. A 2,600 square yard plot in Bowrampet received an offer of ₹61,000. Open plots in Chintal attracted ₹84,000 per square yard and ₹74,000 per square yard. While the minimum price of a flat in Nizampet was ₹ Rs 15 lakh, it was sold for ₹ 17.70 lakh.
