The southwest railroad carries out a special campaign 5.0 to “Institutionalization of Swachhata and a minimizing pendant in government offices”.
This is according to the instructions of the Railway Council and the Cabinet Secretariat. The campaign, which began on October 2, will continue until October 31.
The campaign focuses on achieving swachhata saturation (cleanliness) in all government offices, including field units and services.
A special move of this year is to scientific disposal of electronic waste, such as unusable computers and printers, along with the systematic disposal of scrap and redundant material to maximize income.
Cleanliness discs are organized at stations, offices and other pages of public interfaces.
Another key objective is to reduce the friendliness by accelerating the liquidation of references from deputies, state governments, interibort consultations, PMO and parliamentary assurances for more than three months.
Efforts to resolve public complaints and the appeal received through CPRGRGRICS and other channels are also developing, while simplifying the rules and processes to improve efficiency.
The campaign also emphasizes space recording and managing, including file reviews and weeds, closing electronic files and beautifying the office in accordance with CSMOP, GFR and the 1993 public records.
South Western Railway has ordered all field units to assign the highest priority of this initiative, which is carefully monitored at the PMO level, with nodal officers reporting progress on the DARPG monitoring portal, released from the main Manjunath Kanamadi.
