The cyber crime branch of the Cyberabad police on Tuesday arrested a security guard for posting an offensive comment about a film featuring actress Renu Desai on social media platform Instagram.
The accused, identified as Kotipalli Venkanna, was traced and taken into custody in Madhapur. According to the police, a case was registered after the accused posted an offensive comment on a reel featuring actress Renu Desai, which was shared by a news site on the platform. During the investigation, cyber crime officials identified the account used to post the comment and linked it to the accused.
