Given that the payout of the National Community Maulan AZAD (MANF) for research scientists from minority communities faces a delay for four months, students called on the Union government to speed up the process of distribution of scholarships.

Shanif Mk, a scholar from Kozhikkode, said that Manf had faced a frequent delay in recent years. “This time I try to secure the funds needed for filing my work. My social time ended on February 23, 2025. But so far I have received a scholarship for January and February. Now I am on the verge of my work, but I am also for the costs and university fees and university fees.
