Viral Russian Woman Who Pays ₹45,000 for her domestic help and works in a startup in Bengaluru, which showed the logic behind the big pay cheque. A woman named Iuliia Aslamova who lives in the IT hub of India – Bengaluru is in the limelight for her big revelation.
A businesswoman by profession and the wife of an Indian citizen who has been living in India for the past 11 years, she boasts over 27,000 followers on Instagram. Describing her reason for paying a big fat salary to her domestic help, she said: “When I was hiring a nanny for Elina, I did at least 20 interviews and created a proper checklist of important qualities to look for in a candidate.”
She decided to “pay well” and provide fair compensation for nanny services for the following reasons:
- For the safety of her daughter Elina
- For her daughter’s happiness
- For the mindset of man
She claimed that during her journey “there wasn’t a single person who resigned from her” until she let them go. After the first year, the nanny got a 10 percent raise and a KPI system was put in place that allowed her to earn more. Key performance indicators, commonly referred to as KPIs, are goals that help measure progress against their most strategic goals.
She explained that the casual worker had been offered a full-time job with a 1.7x raise in her third year of employment, claiming the nanny was well on her way to getting her driver’s license to drive her daughter to lessons.
She wrote: “And my commitment was clear – if you come with me, I will take care of you. Domestic help is usually not treated professionally in India. Most people say – ‘they just run away.’ I disagree: think about other people’s work as you would your own, regardless of label.”
According to Iulia Aslam, a person’s growth, success and future depends on how many opportunities for growth he is able to seize, observe and implement. He believes that one loses valuable and productive time by spending “4-5 hours a day on chores instead of focusing on growth.”
She added at the end of the post, “If you treat people badly, karma will get to you.”
