The second day 7. The prison duties of all India meet 2025 in RBVRRRRRRY TELANGANA STATE Police Academy recorded spiritual competition and cultural performances.
From 6:00 to 19:00 on Wednesday, prison staff representing 21 countries and three trade unions participated in sports and professional competitions. In the evening, as the main guest, the Minister of Information Technology and Industrial Industries of D. Sridhar Babu took part and introduced medals and trophies. When he remembered his earlier visit to Cherlapalliy Central Jail, he said that sports and cultural activities were effective transformation tools that help to instill dignity and teamwork among correctional employees. He described the obligation to meet as a national platform strengthening professionalism and national integration.
The cultural segment represented classical dance, folk songs, a thematic parody of reformation, instrumental music and group dances, carried out by prison staff and cultural ensembles from all over the country.
Competitions across professional, art and sports events provided a busy medal table. Telangana dominated with 15 gold, four silver and two bronze medals, which led with a total of 21. Tamil nadu followed nine, while Karnataka secured seven and Maharashtra six. Other winners included Uttarakhand with four medals, Andhra Pradesh and Delhi with five, Kerala and Gujarat with five, Odisha with two Madhya Pradesh with two, Uttar Pradesh with four, Himachal Pradesh with one and one with one.
Professional events have seen TELANGANA BAG GOLD in prison, business model, proven procedures, medical officer, quiz, first aid, social security officer and computer and technology categories. Tamil Nadu led the competition for probation.
In Fine Art Andr Pradesh, he took gold in instrumental music, Odisha in drama, Delhi in Painting and Telangana in a group dance.
At men’s outdoor events Maharashtra won gold in Shot Put, while Uttarakhand led a long jump and a high jump. Telangana claimed several gold in karate categories, including individual and team events. Among the women of Karnataka was dominated by a high jump, while Tamil secured gold in a long jump and 100 meters.
The day ended with a medal 78 at all events, which reflected the scope of participation and diversity of winners.
