On Tuesday, a 23 -year -old pregnant woman was found in the residence of her husband in Irinjalacuda, which caused accusations of domestic violence. The police identified the deceased as Faseel, a native of Karumatra.
According to the police, there was an incident between 6.50 and 8:00 on Tuesday on the terrace of the house. The case was registered on the basis of a complaint filed by her father, Rasheed, 55, in the sections concerning domestic cruelty and establishing suicide.
Her husband, Noufal Valiyakath (30 years old) and his mother, Ramla (58), were arrested by the police of Irinjalakud in connection with the incident on Wednesday. Faseel faced a continuous home abuse, which eventually led her to take her own life, said the victims.
Noufal, who works in a manufacturing company and Faseel, married a year and a half ago and have a child. At the time of her death, Fasel was pregnant with her second child.
In the WhatsApp report, she sent her mother to her mother, and Faseel reportedly described the abuse she had lasted in detail. She said that Noufal kicked her on her stomach, although she was pregnant and also broke her arm. She mentioned that his mother verbally abused her and expressed the fear of her life and said that she would die and that if not, they would have killed her. In the Faseel report, she asked her mother not to allow a postmortal test and stated that it was her only request.
The message has now become viral.
The incident launched extensive outrage, while the victim’s family demanded a thorough investigation. They demanded justice and stated that Faseel’s suicide was the result of long -term physical and emotional abuse.
Noufal and Ramla were ceded in their custody.
