In a first in Karnataka, the Stamps and Registration Department launched paperless registration through the Kaveri 2.0 portal on April 30 at the sub-registrar’s office in Chamarajanagar.
Inspector General of Registration and Commissioner of Stamps Mullai Muhilan initiated the paperless registration process at the office of the Sub-Registrar at the taluk office premises in Chamarajanagar town by pressing a button on a computer.
