
A member of the State Commission for Children’s Rights Battula Padmavati asked on Saturday about the alleged case of raping the gangs of a smaller girl who led to her advanced pregnancy, from a distant village in Ramagiri Mandal in the Sri Satya Sai district.
Mrs. Padmavati spoke with the officials of the District Child Care Committee and the project director of the Women’s Care Department and Children about the health of a smaller girl. She asked officials to submit a detailed report on the incident within three days.
She asked officials to extend all possible assistance to the family, including the compensation of victims, sponsorship support and protective measures.
District officials reported a member of the panel that the victim was currently treated in the government hospital under police protection and was provided in one stop center in the district.
