The lottery for 159 apartments in the Rajiv Swagruha project in Bandalguda, Nagol, will be held in the project office in the locality on Wednesday, July 30. People could choose an apartment of their choice during the application process. If more than one person chooses an apartment, he performs a lottery of the Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation. The process will be streaming live on YouTube.
If the applicant does not win a lottery in Bandalguda, he / she can use confirmation – recognition of demand proposal – to ask for an apartment in the project of the company in Pochraram and open land in Thorruru, Bahadurpally and Kurmalgud, said Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Gengering Director Gautham. About 1,900 people applied for apartments in Pochraram and Bandlagud.
The last date of 601 apartments in Pochraram is 31 July and the lottery would take place 1 and 2 August. The price of one BHK is 13 lakh and 2BHK is 19 lakh.
