A man has been sentenced to one day’s imprisonment by a Medchal court for repeatedly operating his establishment beyond the permitted late night hours in Kompally. The court also imposed a fine of ₹1,000 on the accused, identified as Mohammed Abdul Rasheed, a resident of Kompalla.
The court found the defendant guilty of repeatedly operating his business, Lucky Restaurant, beyond the permitted late night hours, despite being served with multiple notices to observe the closing time.
