For young people who in the past benefited from MGNGA, wage increases in motivations to remain in the villages instead of migration to the city, according to the authorities.
The MGNGA scheme guarantees 100 days of wages in the financial year for each household and 100 days of work can help the household earn 37,000 GBP. Given that there was a lack of workers in rural areas, Zilla Panchayat has launched a number of familiar programs about MGNGA and its hike.
