A 52-year-old Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) sanitation worker was killed after being hit by a Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) bus in Amberpet on Thursday, April 9, 2026. The deceased, identified as Mandha Pushpa, was reporting for duty near the Ali Cafe junction.
The incident was reported around 12.30 pm when she was crossing the road near Krishna Reddy Function Hall and was hit by a speeding bus driven rashly and carelessly by 58-year-old Raheemuddin.
