A fire broke out at a candle and glassware factory in Navi Mumbai in the wee hours of Friday (October 17, 2025).
No one was injured in the fire that started around 2:15 a.m. at a unit in the Rabale area of MIDC.

After being alerted, the fire services of the Navi Mumbai civic association rushed to the spot and the fire was brought under control by around 10 am, he said.
Cooling operations are underway, the official said, adding that the cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
