The body of a woman around the age of 30 was found with multiple injuries in the telecommunications distribution of Chikkajala on Wednesday.
Police Chikkajala said the deceased is suspected of African origin. They said the victim could be murdered, and the body was thrown into an isolated place. The police registered the case of suspicious death.
The passers -by, who noticed their bodies, warned the police. The body was sent for post mortem, the police said.
The police said it verified the CCTV camera in and around it.
There are also efforts to find out the identity of the deceased, they added.
