Delhi High Court judge Justice Tejas Karia on Wednesday (April 22, 2026) refused to hear a PIL seeking contempt proceedings against AAP leaders Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and others for allegedly recording and sharing clips of a court hearing on the former chief minister’s plea seeking the removal of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma in the politics case.
Advocate Vaibhav Singh’s PIL was listed for hearing before a bench of Chief Justice DK Upadhyay and Justice Karia, who ordered that he be listed before another bench on Thursday (April 23, 2026).
