A couple NRI, who returned from the United Kingdom, revealed the hardships faced by the inhabitants of the tribal village in the village of Padamati Cambapad in Ananthasagaram Mandal in the district of SPSR Nellore.
The couple Harish Kumar Chadalawad and his wife Mridula Chadalawad identified a tribal village after watching a video on social media, which claimed that Hamlet lacked basic equipment and was in a “neglected” state. During his visit to the village of Padamati Cambapad, they noted that the inhabitants of the ST colony did not have access to drinking water, electricity and roads. The couple provided plastic sails that cover the cottages against rainwater leakage.
The couple also celebrated the founder of the party Jan Sen and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan 2. September (Tuesday) distribution of some basic and benefits to the inhabitants of the colony.
When she talked to the Hindu, Mrs. Midula said: “About 20 tribal families in St Colony still live in huts in a forest area, have no basic equipment. These families have survived without electricity and continue to live in extremely difficult conditions.
“When we learned, we approached the Minister of Foundation Anam Ramanarayan Redda, who is also a local MLA. The problem favored and ensured that he sanctioned electrical connection with the village.
Sailaja Kumari, St. Colony, who made a video that became viral on social media, said, “After making a video of our bad condition in the village, MDO and AE visited our area.
Because of the lack of the right roads, our children try to get to school. Despite several applications for the electricity department, the power supply was not provided. Four poles were laid last month and there was no progress in the works. We are currently going to the houses of neighboring colonies to charge our mobile phones, she added.
Asked about the connection of electricity with the village of Nellore Superintendent Apspdcl V. Vijayan said: “We are planning to provide a power supply to the new villages through three -phase supply lines within the revised distribution sector (RDSS).
