The couple died on the spot when the roof of their house collapsed after the flip flops were stored in their home. The incident occurred in the village of Vilasa, Inavilli Mandal on Wednesday in the Dr. BR AMBEDKAR KONASEEMA.
In the official release of Dr. Brother Konaseem District Superintendent police Rahul Meen said that the deceased was identified as Kancharla Srinivasa Rao (55) and his wife Kanchar Seeth (50).
The explosion occurred when a couple who was licensed for the sale of flip flops received the stored flip flops of the last Diwali. The biscuits fell on the floor and lit an accident.
Police renewed the bodies and sent them to the Government Hospital Kothapeta to the afterlife. The case has been registered and the investigation is turned on.
