A collection agent was caught with 90 liters of adulterated milk at her residence in SPSR Nellore district by officials of the food safety department, which can be penalized up to 2 lakh for supplying contaminated milk to a dairy in the district.
The agent, Gurram Kalpana, procures milk from farmers of Damavaram village in the district and supplies it to Vigneshwara Dairy in Chandrasekharapuram village of Kodavalur Mandal.
