Police infopark registered the case after the hidden camera was found on the women’s toilet in the main administrative building infopark Kochi.
The camera was found under the sink. The police registered this case on the basis of a petition filed by the Deputy Administration Administration Administration. The camera was found when it was detected. It is suspected that the camera was placed on July 26.
The case was registered on the basis of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhit Section 77 (Voyeurism) and the Information Technology Act 66E (breach of privacy through the capture, publication or transfer of images of the private area without consent), the police said.
