
Virginia “Gina” Huynh, who once claimed that the disgraced music tycoon “stomped on the stomach” suddenly feels that Sean “Diddy” Combs is not “danger” to her or community.
In a request for an appeal on bail on bail, Huynh wrote a letter to Judge Arun Subraminian to support his release before the conviction of October 3.
Gina Huynh was identified as “victim-3” in the prosecution. However, she had never been testified in the Federal Court against Diddy, although she was a key witness.

“In my opinion (Combs), it was not forcibly violent for many years and was determined to be the first father,” Gina Huynh wrote.
She admitted that their “relationship, like many, was not always perfect. We had experienced up and falls and made mistakes,” she said, “He was willing to recognize his mistakes and make a better decision in the future.”
Huyn also argued that Diddy “developed a visible effort to become a better person and deal with the damage he had caused” over the years.
She said Diddy “embodied the energy of love, patience and subtlety, which was significantly different from his past behavior” before they broke up.
“I write because I do not consider Mr. Combs as a danger for me or for the community,” the former said, adding that it was the first criminal case of the rapper.
She also claimed that Diddy, 55, was “cooperative, respectful and compatible” during the investigation and court proceedings.
“He has considerable ties to his family and community, including children who depend on him on emotional and financial support,” Huynh said, assured by the court that if he was released, “I believe Mr. Combs will observe all stored conditions and will not endanger his family’s freedom or well -being.”
