The Minister of the Interior of the Union Amit Shah on Sunday (August 3, 2025) called on the president of the Murmu in Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi.

The meeting came for hours after the Prime Minister Narendra Modi called on the President.
The reasons for subsequent meetings of the Prime Minister and the Minister of the Interior are not known to the President.
“Minister of Trade Unions for Domestic Affairs and Cooperation, Shri Amit Shah called President Murmu in Rashtrapati Bhavan,” wrote Rashtrapati Bhavan on “X”.
