The eighth edition of Hindu Home Expo began on Friday, August 1 in Lulu Mall. The three -day event, introduced by Cero Santityaryware Ltd and the driven by Canara Bank, contains over 100 properties of the best builders.
The three -day event is attended by up to 20 builders and three banks, which offer house buyers attractive real estate. The participating banks applied to provide loans to the buyers for attractive interest rates. Builders would offer flats for special rates at the exhibition.
Projects approved by the Regulatory Office for the Kerala property are available at the exhibition. Inteeded buyers can visit 25 stalls established as part of the EXPO from 10:00 to 22:00

TJ Vinod, MLA, inaugting the event, hoping that the Hindu domestic exhibition would offer buyers various apartments and villas. A large number of people from different parts of the state and the country made Kochi feelings their home city by settling here. He hoped EXPO would provide buyers home, apartments and villas of his choice. The collection of sellers and financial institutions at the exhibition would prove to be advantageous for buyers, he said.
Jayadeep Narasimham, Senior GM (Sale), Cero Santityaryware Ltd, Honorary Guest, said the past exhibitions, senior GM (sale), remembered the connection with Hindu Home Expo. He hoped that the current edition of EXPO also represents a unique experience to the buyer.
Ashwini Kumar, DGM and Regional Head, Ernakulam, Canara Bank, also honorary guest, hoping that the event would satisfy the requirements of buying homes in Kochi, a fast -growing city.
KK Joshy, assistant vice president and keral business head, Hind, said that the Hindu Home Exhibition, which is in its eighth edition, consistently received a great reaction. “The aim is to offer a common platform for buyers and builders,” he said.
