
Representative Minister Maharashtra Ajit Pawar said that section 144 was deposited for 48 hours after a tense situation in the village of Yavat in the Daund Taluk district in the Pune district after his youth published an alleged inappropriate contribution to social media.

Ajit Pawar said in an interview with the media persons: “After today’s incident, section 144 was stored in this area for 48 hours. The situation is under control and no need to panic.” He urged all citizens, regardless of caste or religion to maintain peace and harmony and do not fall on the rumor.
The CM representative revealed that the tension began after someone published the WhatsApp status, which refers to the recent incident in Madhya Pradesh. This status has led to tension and less vandalism in this area.
“A few days ago there was an incident, followed by manifestations of various representatives. Everything then calmed down. Recently there was an incident in Madhya Pradesh. In connection with this, someone published the situation of WhatsApp, which caused a little unrest,” he added.
He assured citizens by saying that the higher police officers and the ARM team had already been deployed in this area to ensure right and order.
“I also want to explain that the person who published this status has no direct connection to this place. It came here from Nanded a few years ago. There was some tension and some vandalism.
“The police are working to maintain peace and I invite myself for the villagers to work together. The whole situation is under control. I call on everyone to trust the police and not believe in reputation. There is absolutely no atmosphere of fear.
Previously, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis appealed to the public to maintain peace and cooperation after the tension expanded.
In this area, a heavy deployment of police staff was made. The police said the incident occurred in the village a week ago, so the situation was already tense.
