
The Criminal Court granted a five -day link to Athaluri Namrath, the owner of the universal fertility center of Srushti and her son, Jayanth Krishna – the Gopalapuram Police in connection with the ongoing investigation of the rocket for the sale of children.
The police said that these two would be questioned about the nature of the rocket, the extent of the operation and the number of couples, which allegedly under the pretext of a replacement pretext.
Namratha and her son are accused of a wider probe in the wider probe to illegal assisted reproductive services that have come to light after an unauthorized device called “Indian Sperm” near Metro Secunderabad East Metro 25.
During the operation, officials found 17 sperm donors and 11 egg donors along with donors’ records, applications for alternative and payment protocols. The facility had no licensed healthcare professionals and was operated by unskilled staff. It was sealed and the case was registered according to sections 21, 26 and 27 of the Act on Assisted Reproductive Technology.
The police are now investigating a possible connection between the universal center of SRUSHTI fertility and the operation of Indian sperm technology.
