Bengaluru: The leading real estate company Prestige Group plans to develop rich golf residential projects at the Goa, Lonavala and Hyderabad center because it aims to replicate its signature Golfshire real estate near Bengalur in other places.
Large format projects to be developed on the outskirts of towns will capture over 300-400 acres and have a golf course, top villas and a hotel and a congress center.
Prestige Golfshire is a golf resort of 275 hectares in Nandi Hills, on the outskirts of Bengaluru, which has the Marriott JW, premium villas, an 18 -hole golf course and a club. Typical four -room villa begins here £14.5 crore.
Prestige plans based on Bengaluru on the development of these extensive projects inspired by Golfshire are in line with the concept of large targets focused on lifestyles that gain kindness among customers with high net value, including top company Honchos. Places like Alibaug and Lonavalla, for example near Bombai, already see the interest of developers and buyers.
“Each project must be at least 300 hectares for such developments. The Golfshire brand is well introduced in Bengalur and we want to take it for another geography,” said the prestigious chairman and CEO of Irfan Razack in an interview with Mint.
Prestige already has access to Earth in Goa and Lonavale, while it is in the process of binding Earth on the edge of Hyderabad, Razack said.
For the Lonavalla project, Prestige joined the Valor Estate based in Mumbai, formerly known as DB Realty.
“Land Land Parcel Lonavala includes almost 400 hectares and presents a private club golf course, a luxury hotel with congress facilities, golf villas, flats and a potential educational center that is currently being considered,” said Vinod Kumar Goenka, Chairman and CEO, Valor Estate.
While the overall investment is still finalized, the cooperation associates the Valor link in the land and the Prestige execution of the power to provide an integrated lifestyle experience, Goenka added.
While the demand for second homes has gained a pace of post-pandemia, developers such as Prestige are looking at large projects to create goals that will provide a niche, a premium customer base.
Prashant Thakur, the head of research and advice at Property Consultany Anarock Group, said these types of lifestyle development are adapted to individuals with high network (HNI) and C-Suite.
“It is a strategic step for every developer to carry out projects that can control 30-50% of the premium about the regular villa development. They can also offer a recurring flow of income for developers,” Thakur said. “Class A developers, such as Prestige and DLF, have the HNI and NRI customer base, and these projects can offer such buyers the opportunity to invest.”
