If the school does not return the fees within a specified time frame, the Regulation orders that the fine will double after 20 days, triple over 40 days and will continue to rise with each other 20 -day delay.
The proposal also focuses on individuals involved in repeated violations and prohibits them to hold official positions within the school management.
In addition, the school management may lose its privilege to propose revisions of fees in the future.
“We emphasize the success of the government in the house and evoke problems related to the well -being of people,” said Abhay Verma, the main whip of the ruling party.

Meanwhile, the Aam Admi Party (AAP) Mla Atishi mentioned that the parents of school children are “angry and helpless”. She blamed the BJP government for “openly”, which joined private schools while “ignoring” their “situation”.
She added, “BJP wants to avoid questions during the assembly” and claimed that the had time to raise questions.
