The district educational officer (DEO) M. Venkatalakshmamma explained on Monday that no teacher in the district of Eluru is under pressure to accept the “Bangar kutumbulale” initiative identified according to the P4 initiative (People -public -Private -partnership).
In a statement here issued on Monday (July 28, 2025), DEO stated that the district collector had not issued any orders to order the Mandal level to register 190 heads or school assistants as mentors within the initiative. She stressed that the minutes like a mentor in the P4 initiative were purely voluntary.
It responds to a certain accusation and Deo said that any teacher who is interested in serving as a guide within the program can register. However, there is no directive that is mandatory.
She pointed out that the district collector was against the assignment of non -teaching duties to teachers and stated that the claim that teachers were forced to adopt families under P4 is inappropriate and misleading.
