Although the emigrants received between four to five cents, 112 families out of 114 retreated from the construction of houses on rehabilitation land, which quoted the unstable nature of the country, which was further confirmed in the test carried out by the department of public works. In the order that announced the rehabilitation package Moolampply, the recipients’ families, along with other advantages on the motor road, energy, drinking water and drainage of the priority base, were entitled.
According to the judgment of the High Court in Kerala 20. July 2008, the government should give rehabilitation land suitable for two -storey buildings. As long as this condition was honored, the recipients were also entitled to a monthly rent of 5,000 GBP. Things were also complicated after reception documents for rehabilitation land, which came under the village of Vazhakkala in Kanayannur Taluk, did not come from the relevant offices.
The coordinating committee for coordination of Moolampillly packages pointed out all these problems at the Moolampillly Monitoring Committee monitoring committee meeting, chaired by the collector of July 21. The visit of rehabilitation land is based on the result of this meeting.
