NGT stated in his order 26 November 2014: “All vehicles, diesel or gasoline, which are over 15 years old, must not be allowed on roads and anywhere such vehicles are recorded, the authorities concerned in accordance with the right, including the seizure of vehicles in accordance with the establishment of the Motor Vehicles Act.”
