The Supreme Court will listen to Yashwant Varma of July 28 from the High Court in Allahabad, which challenges the internal report on the Committee of the Three Judges and the former recommendations of Sanjiv Khann to commence against him.
Justices Dipankar Datta and Augustine George Masih will hear the request.
The judiciary of Varma said it was not given a fair opportunity to answer the internal Inquiry Committee before he had given his findings.
Firefighters reportedly found cash when the fire broke out in the judge’s residence in Delhi on March 14, while he was a judge of the High Court in Delhi. The judge was not present in his house. Varma strongly denied any involvement and claimed that neither he nor his family members did not become cash in the warehouse.
