Rajasthani influencer consumes poison during Instagram live after online trolling: Report | Today’s news

A woman from Jodhpur, who recently went viral for her remarks on women’s fashion, allegedly consumed poison during an Instagram post. Live session on Wednesday, according to media reports. A woman identified as Anita Dinram Bishnoi (32) reportedly took the extreme step after facing constant online trolling for her controversial comments.

Viral female Kapre Ho Gaye Chote consumes poison

According to Dainik Bhaskar, the incident took place at Godaron Ki Dhani (Balaji Farm House) in Shikargarh at around 11.30 am on Wednesday. Anita Bishnoi (32) was taken to Mathuradas Mathur (MDM) Hospital. Her condition is said to be critical.

Bishnoi recently attracted widespread attention on social media after she posted a video criticizing women for wearing short or revealing clothes. The video caused considerable backlash on the Internet.

Before the incident, she had shared several posts on social media and claimed that she had been subjected to constant trolling and harassment because of her content.

In the nearly 90-second video, Bishnoi named six men and two women, alleging that they were targeting and defaming her. She also referred to an ongoing land dispute and claimed to have had a physical altercation with two women over the matter.

Bishnoi further claimed that she received threats, including a warning that she might be run over by a vehicle. She claimed that some individuals threatened to damage her reputation as well.

Before the drastic step, the content creator also posted on Facebook: “After today we will not see your sister in this world again.”

Anita Bishnoi’s husband claims…

Bishnoi’s husband, Dinaram, said his wife had been targeted and harassed by some influencers for the past few days, Dainik Bhaskar reported. This reportedly led her to take an extreme step.

Dinaram said his wife curates videos about Rajasthani culture and shares them online to raise public awareness. However, he added that she had been targeted online in recent days after her video discussed women wearing shorter clothing.

He claimed that some influencers deliberately targeted his wife, causing distress. He also said that some people were sending her threatening messages on WhatsApp.

Dinaram said he wanted to file a police complaint in the matter but his wife refused. “I’m not afraid of anyone,” she allegedly told him. However, he stated that she is devastated by the situation.

Dinaram said he was not at home when she consumed the poison. The family lives near Shikargarh Road in the Banad Police Station area. He reportedly rushed home immediately after someone informed him about his wife’s social media post. However, when he arrived at their house, the influencer had already consumed the poison kept in the house.

Nearly 1,300 people watched and listened to the Instagram Live session in which she drank the poison. The same video has now gone viral.

The police have started an investigation into the matter.

Bishnoi shares videos on Instagram and YouTube. She has over six thousand followers on Instagram alone, where she faced severe trolling after commenting on women’s clothing. She said in the video, “If the dress gets shorter, where does the modesty go?”
